MFC Training has graduated students from over 65 countries throughout our 90+ years!
International applicants can join any of our domestic programs throughout the year. International students should apply well in advance of their preferred start date to allow for the immigration and medical processes.
We recently launched our International Student Program – a comprehensive, full-service flight training experience designed specifically for international students.
Here are a few points to get you started:
- You will need a Transport Canada CAT1 aviation medical to start your training. This process should be started before or around the time of application to allow the appropriate time for processing. You find a link to approved examiners below.
- Once you have applied and have been accepted to one of our programs, you can start the immigration process with Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) through the nearest Canadian Embassy. Upon acceptance, we provide a Pro Forma Invoice and letter to the embassy to aid in the process.
Professional Pilot Careers Start Here…
MFC Training is widely recognized by the international aviation community world-wide for its safety and high-quality training. Certified by the Civil Aviation Administration of China in 2006, MFC Training partners with multiple Chinese airlines to provide solid technical knowledge backed by confident piloting skills.
MFC Training offers Transport Canada (TC) licenses and ratings.
TC licenses and ratings would typically need to be converted to the foreign equivalent for the aviation authority in the global region that you are expecting to work in.
The tuition fees for MFC Training direct programs are the same as for domestic students. All tuition amounts are in CAD funds.
For tuition costs related to the Degree programs in partnership with Mount Allison University (MtA), you would need to contact the University directly for more info at mta.ca or firstname.lastname@example.org as applications for the degree programs are handled and processed by MtA.
MFC Training can certainly send more information and answer any questions on the flight training portion of these programs.
